Acceptance by written or verbal, acknowledges and, agrees that participation in the Texas Apartment Ads link shared apartment database is not subject to copyright or other infringement of intellectual properties, and is solely displayed for the purpose of listing apartment community contact information, images, and community website link as pertinent and reliable apartment data on the Web. Your property management company agrees to pay any locator commission as listed with the Apartment Listing Network or Multiple Listing Services for any referral where an applicant lists TEXAS APARTMENT ADS or any APARTMENT SELECTOR agent as their referral source on their rental application.
